We engaged Alpha Air to replace our old evaporative cooling unit in January 2023. Our experience with Alpha Air during the whole process from visiting the site, providing the quote and installing the new system was excellent. After commissioning the unit, there was a small water leak that caused damage to the ceiling on the bathroom that was positioned directly under the new cooler. Once notified Alpha Air personnel came to the site, idenified the problem, fixed it and then committed to attending to the repair of the damaged ceiling. They agreed for us to engage both the plasterer and painter we had engaged to renovate the bathroom about two years earlier and pay for the cost of the repairs. The urgency that Alpha Air applied to recifying this initial problem was excellent. We would certainly have no hesitation in using Alpha Air again and would highly recommend them for your cooling and heating needs. - 14/11/24

Had the guys from Alpha Air come out and place 5 splits into our home and we are really happy with the whole process end to end.
