The team at Alpha Air did an outstanding job with our recent reverse cycle air conditioning installation. They installed one ducted system and one multihead split system. Darren took the time to come out and explain the products and offered great advice on installation. He provided us with a competitively proced quote after thoroughly understanding our needs. Despite being a super busy time of year, Alpha Air stuck to their word and managed to fit us in at the last minute due to a cancellation. Locky, Daniel and his team were punctual, easygoing, professional and cleaned up everything afterward on installation day. Our setup wasn't particularly straightforward, but they took additional pride in doing it right and answering all my questions and requests. Even when things didn't go to plan they we're more than accommodating to make sure we were happy. We're very grateful for this and love that they're a family business. The entire process, from beginning to end, was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again and highly recommend their services. The crew at Alpha Air did a great job installing a new Mitsubishi Electric 7.1kW back to back on a wall bracket and a roof mounted multi split for 3 bedrooms at our property. Quoting was competitive and they were punctual in addressing my many questions before and after the install. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous (took their shoes off in the house!) and seemed to know what they were doing. Would recommend.

I had a full Daiken heating and cooling ducted system installed in my home a week ago from Alpha and am very pleased with the work they performed. The team acted very professional and got the work done with no hassles. Also thank you Matt for meeting my specific requirements that I asked of you to complete this job. I'm so glad I chose you guys, your reputation speaks for itself and that was the deciding factor for me. If I am going to make such a big investment into my home, I want the piece of mind that it will be done properly and you did not let me down in that regard.

I highly recommend Alpha to anyone reading this review, you wont be disappointed with them! They may be a couple of hundred more than your cheapest quote, but I was happy to pay that for a quality install, and would not want to risk getting a poor job done to save a few bucks and then later regret that I didn't go with Alpha in the first place.

Would recommend Alpha Air any time! They went above and beyond to quote on the right system for me - Mitsubishi full electric heating and cooling ducted system. Quote was very reasonable.
On the day, the installation was carried out with efficiency and professionalism. Everything was explained to me prior and anything deviating from the original plan was discussed.

I used multiple companies to fix my air conditioning which none of them could fix. I called Alpha Air after being let down multiple times from other companies which I explained they came out and did everything they could to find and repair the problem which they did. I honestly can say the professionalism and thorough work ethic was actually quite outstanding.
I then asked them firstly to quote on a ducted air conditioning system which was again done professionally with great customer service and then hired then to install the system.

I have to say, these guys really went far and beyond to make the system I’m getting the right one, the installation by professional installers and then the after care was on point.

100% recommend to anyone.

We installed 2 Mitsubishi Electric Ducted Split Systems and gosh, these are super quiet and efficient.

Excellent work once again. Our 20 yr old central heater died, but within the time others were coming out just for service call, Alpha installed our new heater all ready . This is the 3rd time we have used Alpha. The 1st was a very complex Refrigerated AC install which they were the only company that managed to solve our dilemma. Not only are they professional, but also on time, reasonable in price and efficient. The 2nd time was for a new install at family members house, another job well done.

Best service I have ever had from tradesmen! On time, very professional, very courteous and kind. Installed a 3 split system multi head Mitsubishi Electric system in my apartment today.
