Dan Halloran2024-08-20The team at Alpha Air did an outstanding job with our recent reverse cycle air conditioning installation. They installed one ducted system and one multihead split system. Darren took the time to come out and explain the products and offered great advice on installation. He provided us with a competitively proced quote after thoroughly understanding our needs. Despite being a super busy time of year, Alpha Air stuck to their word and managed to fit us in at the last minute due to a cancellation. Locky, Daniel and his team were punctual, easygoing, professional and cleaned up everything afterward on installation day. Our setup wasn't particularly straightforward, but they took additional pride in doing it right and answering all my questions and requests. Even when things didn't go to plan they we're more than accommodating to make sure we were happy. We're very grateful for this and love that they're a family business. The entire process, from beginning to end, was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again and highly recommend their services. Quoting was competitive and they were punctual in addressing my many questions before and after the install. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous (took their shoes off in the house!) and seemed to know what they were doing.
