We got a multi-head Mitsubishi Electric system installed in Nov 2023 by Alpha Air. The whole process and communication from quote, advice and installation was smooth and professional. Price was competitive too. They are frequently recommended on the MEEH facebook group. System they recommended was good for us. They even worked with us to help claim our own VEECs (I would not recommend it because it is a tedious process, but not through any of Alpha Air's fault). I had a leaky drain pipe this year and sent an email to service. They replied within half a day and sent out a tech the next day, even the same person who did my install, and fixed the issue same day. Really professional team and fantastic service. Builder has short paid Alpha- Air apparently but as the end user / home owner. Alpha Air refuse to provide a Copy of my warranty with a starting date mechical / Refrigerated air-conditioning / design certificates Electrical certificate Plumbing certificate Signed certificate from the installer of the system that it has been installed as per the shop drawing supplied. Several incomplete items missing or removed either by builder or Alpha Air refuse to clarify We have tried to address the management with no luck and they continue to refer to a ex director as a point of contact.
