Lochy was impeccable in his oversite or our job and made me feel like he had everything covered. He was kind and listened to all of our concerns and went beyond that for things we hadn't thought of. The heating and cooling is working brilliantly which obviously is the main thing but the Alpha Air team made it a seamless stress free experience. The phone/message system they have works amazingly well, I was Initially concerned how well it would work but I always received prompt comprehensive text replies via their system. 5/5 stars every day of the week. We had a Mitsubishi Electric central refrigerated heating/cooling system installed and it was a great experience.

We got quotes from about 5 different providers and found most to be reasonable, but Alpha head and shoulders above the rest. For one, they sent someone out the following day to properly quote the job (free of charge) - most other places did a rough estimate based on photos and floor plans. There is nothing wrong with this, but I certainly felt a lot more confidence going with the quote that had been backed by an in-person assessment.

Installation was seamless, there was an initial follow up we had afterwards which was immediately addressed - which gave me even more confidence that they were the right option as their commitment to a quality outcome is obvious.

They were really friendly, capable and well-priced. We are loving the central heating/cooling and couldn’t recommend them any more highly based on our experience. You won’t regret it. - 28/02/25

A truly honest company, who did the best job. Daniel, Adam and a few others too, worked a miracle in getting our old system out of the roof of 2 storey house, without a crane. A near impossible job, but they did it somehow.
