They were prompt , thorough & flexible about the upfront deposit. The tradies who installed the unit were respectful, friendly & did a great job. They even sent someone back to the property (at my request) free of charge, to help me set up the WiFi control system. I’d definitely recommend Alpha Air Heating & Cooling.

Daniel, Dylan, Matt, amazing service and craftsmanship start to finish. Every step of the install Daniel took the time to show and explain where he would be placing units and made sure I was satisfied. Was professional and cleaned up the site after checking multiple times. Walk through at the conclusion for any questions and showed me his work. I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for heating and cooling. 10 stars.

Jamie Lechte2024-03-05I requested a quote from Alpha a little while back and was told that the installation would be straightforward and a 'good deal'. When i received the quote, i was shocked that the pricing was 60-70%+ or more higher than market value of the units plus a reasonable install fee, so of course I let it go. I was continually contacted to take up the offer, but I ignored. When i initially submitted this review, i was immediately harassed, phone called repeatedly about this feedback, basically telling me / threatening me to remove the feedback. The owner is a charlatan looking to take people for a ride and is also dishonest. Be wary.
