We had Alpha install a new heating unit and completely replace the existing duct work, we decided on them to do the works because they were so professional, and to be honest they weren’t the cheapest, BUT absolutely do not regret giving them the job. It’s been the best money we have spent. Our new system is absolutely the BEST! And I have no doubt we will save on energy costs as it is a much more efficient system. They are a highly professional team and would not hesitate to recommend them and the quality of work.

The crew at Alpha Air did a great job installing a new Mitsubishi Electric 7.1kW back to back on a wall bracket and a roof mounted multi split for 3 bedrooms at our property. Quoting was competitive and they were punctual in addressing my many questions before and after the install. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous (took their shoes off in the house!) and seemed to know what they were doing. Would recommend.

My experience with Alpha Air from initial contact, to site inspection, quotation & execution of install has been great. They were professional & diligent and communicated well to keep me informed of the progress & schedule. It wasn’t a straightforward installation because they had to work in very tight spaces, but they persevered and got the job done to a high standard.
