We had a little communication breakdown which did cause me a little distress. However, the job was scheduled and completed pretty quickly. My quote was a little more expensive then another quote, but then Alpha Air actually placed the outdoor unit in a location that wasn't in front of the building, so the cupping and piping was longer and more expensive, hence I was happy with the cost, as I wasn't comparing apples with apples. It was a neat job, and I was the 3rd unit that used Alpha Air, both the other two unit owners highly recommended Alpha Air. They also commented that other companies wanted to do the easiest job (hence less expensive), but Alpha Air actually worked with the heritage requirements, and met our needs for installing the split system. The Alpha Air team worked well with the tenants, the staff on site all seemed pleasant and professional and my tenants seemed very happy at the end of the day. As part of the quote Alpha Air had also included the removal of a 25 year old rinnai energysaver heater, which qualified the quote for a government rebate, which was all handled by Alpha Air. All paper work and certificates were delivered promptly. I didn’t completely experience all the wonderful prompt communication that everyone else has commented on, it looks like it was just a bit of bad luck on the particular day.
